My wife likes shopping there in Johor. Looks like they don't have a dividend policy and they don't plan to pay dividends in 2011.

I was looking for the Div part in the ad.....like that no point buying....unless want to throw when open in first day.

Now I only aim for stocks with good div payout.

Went to one of their Malls in KL before.

Their membership discounts are given freely to foreigners. They target tourists alot, but their prices aren't alot cheaper than Singapore. Not alot of crowd at that outlet I was at.

I would stay away from this IPO unless you're looking into buying into emerging markets and holding this stock for a few years.

Interesting. Often buy clothes from Parkson when I was in Beijing...Not that competitive comparing to other local/intl shopping centers. Many closed gradually
